Why Care Matters

The life of your candle is in your hands. Proper care isn't just about making your favorite scent last longer; it's about ensuring a safe, clean burn and a beautiful experience from the first light to the very last drop of wax. A little attention goes a long way in preserving the artisanal quality of our hand-poured soy blends.

The First Burn
Trim the Wick
Mindful Burning

Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the jar. This prevents 'tunneling' and ensures an even burn for the life of your candle.

Before every light, trim your wick to 1/4 inch. This keeps the flame controlled, prevents soot, and helps your favorite scents stay pure and clean.

Enjoy your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time. This protects the integrity of the wax and ensures the fragrance remains perfectly cozy.

DO'S AND DON'TS

Safety First

The glow of a candle is meant to bring peace. To keep your home cozy and safe, please follow these essential warmth-filled guidelines.

Never leave unattended: Always extinguish candles before leaving a room or going to sleep.

Distance from drafts: Keep burning candles away from open windows, fans, or air currents to prevent uneven burning and flickering.

Safe surfaces: Only burn on stable, heat-resistant surfaces to protect your furniture from heat damage.

Kids & Pets: Place candles well out of reach of curious little hands and wagging tails.

Preserving Your Scents

To keep your candles smelling fresh and burning beautifully, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or intense indoor lighting. Natural wax is sensitive to temperature and light, which can cause fading or sweating. Secure the lid when not in use to protect the wax from dust and to lock in those precious hand-blended fragrances for every single burn.
